Shipping Policy for 7-OH Tablets & Powder

Powder Solutions (“we” or “us”) operates the website https://thepowdersolutions.com (the “Website”). By placing an order through this Website for 7-OH tablets, 7OH powder, or any other products, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms ensure mutual understanding and expectations between both parties.  We respect federal state and city laws, our shipping restrictions are detailed below on the footer and they are automatically updated by WAAVE compliance.

A) While we strive to ship 7-OH tablet and powder orders the same day, all orders are subject to a 24–48 hour processing window, not including Saturdays and Sundays.

B) All orders are subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate inventory counts of 7-OH tablets and powder on our website. However, stock discrepancies may occasionally occur. In such cases:

  • We will fulfill the available items in your order.
  • We will contact you to confirm whether you wish to wait for the backordered item or receive a refund for it.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items. These costs are collected at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.

3. Returns

At Powder Solutions, we are committed to providing quality products and a positive customer experience. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or store credit. Refunds are issued only at our discretion.

Product Guarantee

If you believe a product is defective or did not perform as expected, please reach out within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in reasonable condition with some contents remaining.

Returns for fully used products, especially multiple units of the same item, may be denied. Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Repeated or abusive refund requests may result in ineligibility for future returns, replacements, credits, or guarantees.

Items Not Eligible for Refunds or Returns

We do not issue refunds or accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products with no remaining contents
  • Multiple units of the same product returned fully used
  • Customer error, including ordering the wrong item, flavor, or quantity
  • Claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery

Final Sale Items

Limited-edition, clearance, promotional, and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping may be required in some cases and is the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time (Domestic)

Domestic shipments of 7-OH tablets and powder generally take 2–7 business days.

4.2 Transit Time (International)

International shipments typically take 4–22 days, depending on the courier. Delivery estimates will be provided at checkout based on the selected courier.

4.3 Order Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 2 PM (EST) will be dispatched the same day whenever possible.
  • Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day.
  • We ship orders same day most of the time, if ordered before 2pm EST; in some situations orders will be subject to 24-hour processing as mentioned above.
  • Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

Delivery address changes can be made at any time before the order is dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

We ship to P.O. boxes using postal services only. Courier services are unavailable for these locations.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We ship to military addresses via USPS but cannot offer courier services for these locations.

4.7 Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will:

  • Refund the value of the out-of-stock item(s)
  • Dispatch the rest of the order as planned

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If your delivery exceeds the estimated time frame, please contact us for assistance and investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch of your 7-OH tablets or powder, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress through the courier’s updates.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel arrives damaged:

  • If possible, refuse the delivery and notify our customer service team.
  • If the parcel is delivered without you present, contact our customer service team for assistance.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax is included in the displayed price of the goods on the Website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Customers are responsible for these charges.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes, the shipment will be returned to us at your expense. You will be refunded for the value of the goods, minus return shipping costs. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled at any time before dispatch.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellations will incur a 75% restocking fee, and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

9. Insurance

9.1 Insured Shipping

Parcels are not automatically insured. To ensure your parcel against damage or loss, you must select the $11.75 insurance option during checkout.

9.2 Damaged Parcels

For insured parcels, we will process a store credit or replacement as soon as the courier completes their investigation.

9.3 Lost Parcels

We will store credit or reship lost parcels only if insured shipping was selected and paid for at checkout. Powder Solutions is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels without insurance.
