We do not cover return shipping costs, and all items are inspected and securely packed before shipment.

  • Returned products must be unopened and in their original condition.
  • Heat-sealed Mylar zip-locks must remain intact for a refund to be issued.

A 35% restocking fee applies to qualified returns. Powder.Solutions reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for questionable returns.

We are not responsible for USPS-lost packages. Ensure accurate shipping addresses when placing orders.

Shipping Insurance Policy

  • Insured Shipping: Orders with insured shipping are protected against damage, loss, or theft during transit. Powder.Solutions will investigate claims within two weeks and provide coverage if necessary.
  • Customer Responsibility: If you decline insured shipping, you accept full responsibility for your package once it leaves our facility.

USPS Priority Shipping: Includes $100 of coverage. If insured shipping is declined, customers must file claims directly with USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
